Core Job Responsibilities

As a Rental Specialist on our team, you will manage the end-to-end rental process. Your work will be practical and challenging, with key responsibilities including:

  • Property Sourcing & Evaluation: Independently source, screen, and evaluate in-demand rental properties through online research and offline visits. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with landlords.
  • Listing Management: Professionally photograph and video properties, write detailed and accurate descriptions, and promptly upload/update information on all company platforms to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
  • Client Reception & Viewings: Accurately understand client needs to match and recommend suitable properties. Plan efficient viewing routes, guide clients through properties, and professionally answer questions about the properties, communities, and lease terms.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Represent clients or landlords in negotiating lease prices and terms to reach a mutual agreement. Assist in preparing and signing standard lease agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Post-Lease Service & Management: Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out procedures and follow up on rent payments. Act as the primary contact during the lease term to assist with maintenance issues and enhance client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in both Thai and English. Thai is required for seamless communication with local landlords, and English is necessary for serving our international client base. Both are essential for the job.
  • Core Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proactive in learning and problem-solving, with the ability to work independently.
  • Essential Tools: Proficient with a smartphone for photography and communication, and able to use a computer for listing updates and document management.
  • Personal Attributes: Passionate about the real estate market, with a strong sense of ambition and responsibility.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required. We welcome seasoned professionals and are also committed to providing comprehensive, systematic training for high-potential newcomers to help them become industry experts.

Salary & Development

We offer a clear and competitive compensation structure to ensure your rewards align with your contributions:

  • Probation Period Salary: Fixed base salary starting from 12,000 THB/month.
  • Post-Probation Compensation: Increased Base Salary + Commission. Your income will be primarily determined by your performance. Higher ability leads to higher earnings, with no upper limit.
