Hiring: Chinese Speaking Real Estate Sales 

Core Job Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Sales Agent on our team, you will guide clients through the entire property purchasing process. Your work will be dynamic and rewarding, with key responsibilities including:

  • Property Sourcing & Evaluation: Independently source, screen, and evaluate properties for sale through online research and offline visits. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with property owners.
  • Listing Management: Professionally photograph and video properties, write compelling and accurate sales descriptions, and promptly upload/update information on all company platforms to attract potential buyers.
  • Client Consultation & Viewings: Accurately understand buyer needs and investment goals to match and recommend suitable properties. Plan and conduct property viewings, providing expert advice on the property, market value, and investment potential.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Represent buyers or sellers in negotiating sales prices and contract terms to secure the best possible deal. Assist in preparing and executing sales contracts and related legal documents.
  • Post-Sale Service & Transfer: Coordinate with lawyers, banks, and land offices to ensure a smooth property transfer process. Provide after-sales support to maintain excellent client relationships and build future business.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai. Thai is required for seamless communication with local property owners, and Chinese is essential for serving our primary international buyer market. Both languages are required for the job.
  • Core Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proactive in learning and problem-solving, with the ability to work independently.
  • Essential Tools: Proficient with a smartphone for photography and communication, and able to use a computer for listing updates and document management.
  • Personal Attributes: Passionate about the real estate market, with a strong sense of ambition, integrity, and responsibility.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required. We welcome seasoned sales professionals and are also committed to providing comprehensive, systematic training for high-potential newcomers to help them become industry experts.

Salary & Development

We offer a clear and competitive compensation structure designed to reward high performance:

  • Probation Period Salary: Fixed base salary starting from 13,000 THB/month.
  • Post-Probation Compensation: Salary + Sales Commission. Your income will be primarily determined by your sales performance. Higher ability leads to higher earnings, with no upper limit.
