Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Admin Support:
- Assist the Sales Team: Prepare and manage sales and rental contract documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Transaction Coordination: Follow up on client property transfer or leasing processes, coordinating with lawyers, banks, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Information Management: Collect, organize, and maintain client and property data within the company’s CRM system.
- Schedule Management: Arrange team meetings, client appointments, and agents’ work schedules.
2. Financial & Settlement Support:
- Expense Settlement: Handle the settlement of transaction fees, process daily company expenses, and manage bill payments.
- Commission Calculation: Assist in calculating and recording agents’ sales and rental commissions.
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic daily bookkeeping to ensure financial records are clear and up-to-date.
3. Marketing & Ad Management:
- Ad Updates: Manage and update property listings on the company website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Content Creation: Use tools like Canva to create simple yet professional promotional graphics and property posters.
- Online Communication: Respond to initial inquiries from clients on social media and the website, forwarding qualified leads to the sales team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written Thai. Good communication skills in English are a strong plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
- Bonus Points:
- Experience with graphic design using Canva.
- Experience managing business pages on Facebook or Instagram.
- Basic financial knowledge or bookkeeping experience is highly preferred.
