We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO & Content Manager to join our team on a part-time or contract basis. This is a fully remote position, open to talented individuals from any location.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our search engine optimization and content strategy across our website and social media platforms to increase online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Website SEO Strategy & Management:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for our target market.
- Perform on-page SEO optimization for all website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and property listings, using tools like Rank Math.
- Execute technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and indexing.
- Develop and manage a high-quality backlink strategy.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, providing regular reports on traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Facebook Content & SEO Management:
- Develop a content calendar for our Facebook page that aligns with our SEO goals and engages our target audience.
- Create, curate, and publish compelling content (posts, stories, videos) optimized for Facebook’s search and discovery algorithms.
- Monitor social media trends and community engagement, adjusting the strategy accordingly to maximize reach and interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of modern SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Rank Math, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush is a plus).
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing and editing skills for content creation.
- Comfortable using modern tools, including AI assistants, to adapt and manage content for other languages.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.

The final compensation package will be negotiated based on your skills, experience, and the proposed optimization strategy.
