Match the unit
Confirm the development, building, floor and unit number and mark its position on the plan. Check layout, stated area, balcony and direction. Ask for a written explanation where plan references and sales labels differ.
Record material differences
Separate display features from what the contract includes, such as cabinetry, air conditioning, kitchen equipment and parking arrangements. Distinguish an existing outlook or facility from a future proposal. Ask how the agreement handles a difference between the stated area and final registered area rather than comparing only one measurement.
Make the documents consistent before paying
The reservation should identify the unit, price, payment purpose and next contracting step. Put important corrections into the documents before payment rather than relying only on conversation. Keep the confirmed plan and inclusion list with the reservation. If you later change units, reconfirm the price and treatment of payments; do not assume the original document automatically covers the new reference.
