Summarise the earlier request
Give the original date, issue reference, replies and any promised appointment. Explain the present effect and attach new evidence only where needed. Refer to existing records rather than resending everything without context.
Ask something answerable
For example: “The inspection requested on [date] and expected on [date] has not taken place. Please confirm the responsible person and available appointment.” If parts or another contractor are involved, ask for the current stage and next update. Distinguish contractual time limits from your preferred date; do not invent a universal legal deadline.
Record the outcome
Keep confirmation of a new arrangement. For persistent non-response or serious loss of use, take the agreement and repair history to an appropriate consumer service or independent professional. An immediate safety concern requires suitable protective action as well as correspondence; a follow-up message alone does not address it.

Ownership, tax and visa rules change and individual situations differ. This is general information, not legal advice — confirm with a qualified professional before acting.
